Smith&Sass does NOT offer refunds. However, exchanges will be allowed within 5 days from the time you receive your order. Items must be unworn with original tags and packaging. To initiate the exchange process, please send an email to info@smithandsass.net. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once your return is received by Smith&Sass, items will be inspected.
